The Special Congregation Meeting to consider amendments to the Fellowship by-laws on June 3 was well attended with forty members present and another fifteen represented by proxies. All proposed by-laws changes were adopted. In addition, language was added to clarify the meaning of members affirmed. “Members affirmed will have full membership privileges within the Fellowship and will not be identified other than as members in documents generally circulated within the Fellowship. Members affirmed will not be reported to the Unitarian Universalist Association for the purpose of determining “Fair Share” payment to the UUA or the number of delegates the Fellowship is entitled to send to Regional and General Assembly meetings.”
