2022 Annual Meeting
Annual Meeting – Sunday, October 23, 2022 at 12:30 pm
This year’s in-person Annual Business Meeting will include annual reports, reviewing and approving the 2023 budget, voting in Board Members and Nominating Committee members, approving an amendment to the by-laws and presenting the annual Unsung Hero Award.
The meeting will begin at 12:30 pm. Members who are not able to attend are urged to fill out a proxy form (available online or see a greeter) and find a member who will represent them at the meeting. Members may cast a vote for themselves and no more than one proxy. Only ONE PROXY per person. Before you submit the proxy form, contact your proxy and let them know they are voting for you.
Any person who has been a member for a minimum of 45 days is eligible to vote at a meeting of the Fellowship.
