Each year, the UUA asks its member organizations to compile and send non-identifying data about membership, friends, and visitors, diversity, and attendance, to name a few. Much of the data is compiled behind-the-scenes, but there are a few pieces of information we need from you! The UUFoM Office has created a simple form to be filled out for each member of your household. You can access the form here. There will be paper copies on Sunday if you’d rather use those. Once completed, please give them to Wendy.
