Article II proposed by-law changes have been updated! At our 2023 General Assembly, amendments to the language for Article II proposed change were voted on and accepted. Based on these amendments, the “final” proposed revisions to Article II were published in October 2023. Final (truly final) amendments and a final vote on proposed Article II changes will take place during General Assembly 2024.
