During the second half of the religious education year, our older youth has the opportunity to visit other religious organizations and learn about different faiths.

Youth (middle and high schoolers) are invited to attend. Currently, Patricia Calahan and Carol Cooper will be transporting and supervising our youth.

Buddhism – May
On Saturday, May 18, our middle and high schoolers will attend the Zen Buddhist Temple in Ann Arbor, MI and visit with their resident priest, staff, and their teens from their temple. Fun fact: their children have attended OWL and has gained an understanding about UUism.

Please arrive at the UUFoM parking lot at 8:45 AM where they will drive to Ann Arbor for the visit. After the visit, our youth will get lunch at 12:30 PM in Ann Arbor. Please pick up your child(ren) at 4:00 PM in the UUFoM parking lot.
