| Sunday, October 20, 2024 at 12:30 pmThis year’s Annual Business Meeting will include annual reports, reviewing and approving the 2025 proposed budget, voting in the Board and Nominating Committee members, voting on the vision/mission statements, and presenting the annual Unsung Hero Award. The meeting will be held in the sanctuary and will begin promptly at 12:30 PM. Members who are not able to attend are urged to fill out a proxy form (available online or see a greeter) and find a member who will represent them at the meeting. Members may cast a vote for themselves and no more than one proxy. Only ONE PROXY per person. Before you submit the proxy form, contact your proxy and let them know they are voting for you. Any person who has been a fellowship member for a minimum of 45 days is eligible to vote at a meeting of the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Midland. Anyone may attend the meeting. Annual Reports, the slate of nominees for the Board of Directors and the Nominating Committee will be sent before the meeting.
