Sarah Nuss-Warren
2024 Unsung Hero
by Beth Sperry, Board Secretary
Sarah Nuss-Warren is a quiet presence in our community, and she seems to be everywhere, doing all the things. One person who nominated her said, “Sarah gives her time in many ways, singing in the choir and with the music team, playing piano and recording hymns, leading the Worship Team for three years, hosting Zoom, working on the auction committee, and probably much more I don’t know about.” I can add that her continued participation on the Worship Team is invaluable, as are her tech skills in all areas where she participates. She is generous and kind (her husband, Chris, says she’s the kindest person he knows) and usually has a small smile on her face. She is smart (super smart), curious and open-minded; all qualities that enrich our Fellowship life. Sarah looks at situations, and problem solves with a unique eye toward the best outcome for everyone. I have never heard her say a negative thing about anyone. She embodies the sprit of Unitarian Universalism. Thank you for all you do, and for just being you!
